Statement on COVID-19

 

If you have a ticket for a performance of Witness for the Prosecution that was due to take place between 3 August and 12 September 2021, please email [email protected] with your preferred new date and time and a member of the team will book you in.

If you had a booking for a performance of Witness for the Prosecution that was cancelled/rescheduled due to a previous lockdown, your KX Tickets account will have been credited the full amount including any fees.

You can log in to rebook for a performance at a later date by following the instructions below:

  • Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend. 

  • The system will then ask you to log in using your email and password. **If you previously booked over the phone or in person please enter the email you provided at the time and click on ‘forgotten your password’, you will be emailed with the reset information.

  • On the checkout page tick the box asking if you want to use the credit on your account.

  • Double check the booking details and continue as normal.
     

Please note that at this time we have had to temporarily suspend our phone lines. We know this is not ideal, however If you do need to contact us please email, [email protected], and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.

Please be reassured that if we have to cancel future performances we will be in touch. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Exchanges
 

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have adopted a more flexible exchange policy. We will exchange your tickets to a different date or time of the same production or event, provided we are given at least 24 hours' notice. There is no charge for exchanging.

If you exchange, your original tickets will become void and can no longer be used for entry.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds on perfomances that are able to go ahead.
