London County Hall
London County Hall is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames beside the London Eye and the Westminster Bridge, and opposite the Houses of Parliament. The entrance of Witness for the Prosecution is located on Belvedere Road.
London County Hall is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster. Waterloo is the closest tube station and is about five minutes walking distance. Visitors can reach County Hall by using the District, Circle, Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines.
Situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, we are within reasonable walking distance of a number of iconic landmarks such as Coca Cola the London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Golden Jubilee Bridges, the Southbank Centre and Westminster.
If you have any concerns regarding access we strongly recommend booking your seats in the Stalls.
The Galleries have no lift access, and very steep stairs to rows C and D.

There is a small wheelchair lift outside the main entrance on Belvadear Road, please ring the bell here and a member of staff will come and operate this for you. Once inside there is a lift to the courtroom stalls level only. Due to the design and age of the building there is only level accress from the left to row F in the courtroom stalls, and the toilets. If you require assistance with accessing the bars please speak to a member of the front of house team when you arrive.
Yes, headsets can be collected from the box office when you arrive. There is a deposit of £5 which will be returned to you after the performance. Please note that not all seats have access to the loop system. Where this is the case a note is shown on the seating plan when you choose your ticket.
Please note the bar does not offer step free access, people with limited mobility should speak with the FOH team who can arrange your order and deliver it to you.
The show lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes, including one interval.
This is an immersive production, actors will be in the aisles but the audience will remain seated throughout.
All ticket holders should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance to allow time for venue staff to verify tickets and conduct bag searches.

Please be aware there is not a cloakroom on site. No luggage can be stored in the building for security reasons - please do not bring luggage to the theatre. Audience members will need to keep all belongings with them, and store them under their seat if necessary. For this reason, bags that do not fit comfortably under a single seat will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to searches by security.
For large bags, you may wish to use the Stasher.com bag-drop facility at the adjacent Premier Inn. They charge a minimum of £6, but you will need to book online as they don’t take payment on site. If you decide to use the Stasher.com bag-drop facility at the adjacent Premier Inn, please leave plenty of time to drop off your luggage, or you may miss part of the show.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable moment.
It may not always be possible to readmit patrons who leave the auditorium.
The production is most suitable for ages 10 and above. We do not admit babes in arms and all children must be accompanied by an adult. We advise parental guidance.
All children need their own ticket and may be asked to leave if they are causing disruption to actors and other audience members.
Yes – Access to the Stalls can be step free as there is a lift from the street to the atrium, and a separate lift from the atrium to the chamber (stalls).
For the safety of performers and the enjoyment of all audience members, photography and filming of any kind are not permitted.
Yes there will be a bar.
There are 3 car parks close to County Hall that you can pay for, but we would advise against using these as its very busy in central London. We suggest you use public transport where possible.

Tickets can be booked online for free but if guests wish to have their tickets posted or collected at box office there is a £1.75 charge on top of the whole transaction. Print at Home tickets would be free. If guests book over the phone there is a £2 charge per ticket.
If you book online and choose the ‘print at home’ option you can print your tickets immediately, without paying the dispatch fee. If you choose to have your tickets posted to you, your tickets will arrive no later than five days prior to the performance. If you book less than five days prior to the performance, you will need to collect your tickets.
If your tickets have been lost or damaged, let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to post reprinted tickets, and you will need to collect them in person prior to the performance. Photo ID and the card used to book the ticket will be required to verify your booking. There is a charge of £1 per ticket for re-prints.

We can exchange tickets if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to a performance, subject to availability. We can only exchange tickets for those at the same or at a greater value, and there is an exchange fee of £1.50 per ticket. We are unable to post exchanged tickets, and you will need to collect them in person prior to the performance. Please note that you will need to return the original tickets by post or in person before we can issue any exchanged tickets.
Once you have purchased tickets they cannot be refunded, unless the performance has been cancelled or rescheduled. KX Tickets is not liable for adverse weather conditions, travel arrangements, or other factors that may cause you to request a refund.
Yes. Please provide the name of the person attending at the point of purchase. If the named ticket holder can no longer attend and somebody else will be collecting the tickets, please contact us and let us know. We will not be able to issue tickets to anybody other than the named ticket holder without their verification in advance.
